Refund policy
1. Return Policy and Timeframe
We offer a 30-day return policy specifically for defective or damaged products. This 30-day period begins the moment the package status is updated to "Delivered" by the shipping carrier.
As all our products are custom-made and printed on demand, our policy is strictly aligned with our fulfillment partner (Printify).
2. Items Eligible for Refund/Replacement
To be eligible for a replacement or a refund, the item must have a manufacturing defect, be damaged upon arrival, or be different from the one you ordered due to our error (e.g., incorrect print or size delivered).
We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for:

Non-Defective Products: Items ordered with the wrong size, color, or style selected by the customer, or for simple buyer's remorse (change of mind). These products are custom-made and are not covered by the Printify policy.

Worn or used items.
3. Procedure for Reporting Issues and Refunds

You must include:

Your order number.

A detailed description of the defect or issue.

Clear photographs that visibly show the defect, damage, or the error on the item.
Inspection Process (Photos Only)

In accordance with our Print-on-Demand process, defective products DO NOT need to be physically returned.

We will inspect the photos you provide. If the claim is approved (proving a manufacturing or logistics defect), we will arrange either an immediate replacement of the order at our expense or a full refund.
4. Return Shipping Address (Do Not Send Without Instructions)
IMPORTANT: NEVER send items back to our LLC's registered address or to the original sender's address shown on the package.

Items sent back without prior approval and specific instructions will not be accepted.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer standard exchanges. If you receive a defective item, we will arrange a free replacement of the exact item you originally ordered. For any other reason (e.g., customer size error), you must place a new order.
6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.

In this case, you must contact our customer service to receive the correct return address. The shipping costs for a return due to a simple change of mind will be the responsibility of the customer.
7. Refunds
We will notify you once we have inspected the evidence (photos) and let you know if the refund or replacement has been approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
