Shipping policy

Welcome to M.A.D for Buisness LLC. As a Print-on-Demand (POD) store, our process involves two main phases: Production and Shipping. Please read the below carefully to understand our delivery timelines.

 

1. Order Processing (Production) Time

 

All products are custom-made and printed specifically for your order. This process takes time before the item is ready to be shipped.

  • Standard Production Time: Orders are typically sent to our print partners and processed within 2–7 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Peak Season: During high-volume periods (e.g., Holidays, Black Friday), production times may occasionally extend beyond 7 business days. We always strive to process orders as quickly as possible.

Please Note: The shipping timeframe begins after the production time is complete.

 

2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

 

Once your order has completed the production phase, it will be shipped to you. Our main fulfillment centers are located in the United States, but we utilize a global network of Print Providers.

The table below shows our estimated Shipping Times (after the 2–7 business day production time):

Important: International shipping times vary widely due to customs processing and local postal services. Please allow up to 30 business days for delivery to international destinations.

 

3. Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order, the destination address, and the specific Print Provider used for your items.

  • Multiple Items: If your order contains items sourced from different Print Providers, you may see multiple shipping charges applied, as they ship separately. The first item is charged at the standard rate, and each additional item receives a discounted rate.

 

4. Tracking Your Order

 

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves the Print Provider facility.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive the notification.

 

5. Potential Delays, Customs, and Import Fees

 

  • Delays: Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Factors such as severe weather, postal service issues, and unexpected production backlogs are outside of our control and may cause delays.

  • Customs/Import Fees (International Orders Only): M.A.D for Buisness LLC is based in the United States. For international orders, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are typically collected by the carrier upon delivery and are not included in your item price or shipping cost.

 

6. Incorrect Address

 

The customer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address is entered correctly.

  • If the address provided is incorrect and the package is returned to the Print Provider, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs.

  • If the address is wrong and the package is delivered to the wrong location, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
